OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES OR
NEGLIGENCE OF THE MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDER AND
SUPPLIERS OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY
DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM.
Medical World Travel offers several services that
constitute your travel and medical arrangements that are
provided by independent suppliers. Medical services
provided by the Health Care Provider are the sole
responsibility of that provider. The Medical Services
Provider and other Suppliers provide their services in
agreement with their own terms and conditions. Some of
these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the
suppliers or the Medical Services Provider’s liability
to you and may limit or exclude liability for death,
personal injury or medical malpractice. Your booking is
made subject to, and constitutes your acceptance of,
these Terms and Conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This site is provided by Medical World Travel on an “as
is” and “as available” basis. Medical World Travel makes
not representations or warranties of any kind, expressed
or implied, as to the operation of this site or the
information, content, materials, or services included on
this site. Medical World Travel nor its international
affiliates will be held liable for any damages of any
kind arising from the use of this site. In the event of
any problem with this site, site materials or services
obtained through this site, you agree that your sole
solution is to cease using such items. You expressly
agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
You Agree that Medical World Travel and its providers
will not be liable for any damages including, without
limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive
or consequential damages (including but not limited to,
lost profits and damages that result from inconvenience,
delay or loss of use) arising out of or in any way
related to the materials, content, or information on
this site or any other services or information offered,
sold or displayed on this site, your use of, or

INDEMNITY

MEDICAL WORLD TRAVEL, its affiliates, agents, employees,
respective directors, officers, members and licensors
from and against any and all claims, proceedings,
damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and
expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising
out of or related in any way to your use of the site,
any Site Materials, or services obtained on or through
this Site, any arrangements you make based on
information obtained on or through this Site, or any
breach by you of our Terms & Conditions.
VENUE
You agree that this User Agreement shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the law of the State of
Oregon. We agree that any legal action or proceeding
under or with respect to this agreement may be brought
in the courts of the State of Oregon or the United
States having jurisdiction in Jackson County; and for
the purpose of any such legal action or proceeding, you
hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. You
hereby agree not to raise and waive any objection to or
any defense based upon the venue of such courts and any
objection or defense based upon an inconvenient form.
You also agree not to bring any legal action or
proceeding under or with respect to this agreement
outside Jackson County, Oregon unless, for some reason,
the courts of the State of Oregon and the federal courts
having jurisdiction in Jackson County refuse or do not
have jurisdiction in the matter.
ARBITRATION
Except as otherwise expressly provided in this User
Agreement, any dispute or claim arising under or with
respect to this User Agreement will be resolved by
arbitration under the provisions of the Oregon
Arbitration Law, parties shall be responsible for their
own expenses and attorneys’ fees.
OWNERSHIP
It is prohibitive to use any of our logos, images or
text on this website without our express prior written permission.
All other trademarks, service marks, names and logos
that appear on this site are the property of their
respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated
with, connected to, or sponsored by MEDICAL WORLD
TRAVEL.
PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy on the Medical World Travel web site is of great
importance to us. The information that we collect from
our users is used only to facilitate the selection of
desired destination and medical procedure. Medical World
Travel will not sell, license, or lease your personally
identifiable information to others without your
permission. Unless we have your permission or are
required by law, we will only share the personal data
you provide to us with persons and businesses who may be
the direct providers of any medical, travel or related
services that we coordinate for you. Any changes to the
Privacy Policy will be posted on this Site, and you
should periodically consult this Site to stay apprised
of any such changes.

PAYMENT TERMS
To confirm all bookings, all participants will be
required to make payment through certified, bank check
or major credit card. A 20% deposit of the total
procedure price will be required to reserve booking four
weeks prior to departure.
PRICES, RATES AND FARES
Unless otherwise noted, all prices and fees are per
person and shown in United States Dollars. These prices
are in effect for 2007. Prices and fees are subject to
change at any time prior to departure.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Due to the nature of the medical and tour packages
featured on this Site, our affiliates may impose
variable cancellation fees. You agree that MEDICAL WORLD
TRAVEL has no control over such fees and cannot consider
making any exceptions to these charges.
Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation
fees, some maybe non-refundable. To protect against
cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing
Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption
Insurance.
